Dog Jog presented by Animal Rescue Foundation. A 3.2-mile course will
be set up to run or walk beginning at 9 a.m. at the corner of Garmisch
and Cooper. Dogs are not required to participate; rescue dogs will be
on hand to borrow for the race or adopt for a lifetime. After the
race there will be refreshments, massages and gait analysis for both
human and canine racers. Awards will be given to the top three
racers as well as prizes for oldest pooch finisher, smallest pooch
finisher and best costume. Cost: $25/advance at Durrance Sports
or via mail-in registration, $30/day of the race from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at
