"Girl Talk" presented by Aspen Valley Hospital. Dr. Charlene Guggenheim
will discuss the body during puberty including physical and emotional
changes, worries and concerns, what to expect, being prepared, and

The city of Aspen Recreation Department and Ute Mountaineer present
winter Master's Cross Country Skiing. Master's Cross Country Skiing is
a lunchtime instructional program for intermediate and advanced
cross-country skiers. Individual instruction is provided by a qualified
Ute Mountaineer ski instructor. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and
Thursdays from 12-1:30 p.m. at the Aspen Recreation Center. Free with
an annual Fun Pass, $5 for all other Fun Pass holders, and $20 for
non-recreation Fun Pass holders. Class size is limited to 10 people.
