Health Fair hosted by Valley View Hospital. Health information and
testing for people 18 years and older. Requires fasting 12 hours before
screening; diabetics should not fast. Drink plenty of water. 7-11 a.m.

"Riparian Birding at Wilton Jaffee Park" hosted by Roaring Fork
Conservancy. Outing will introduce participants to local riparian birds
and their habitats. Feel free to bring a pair of binoculars. Dress
appropriately for being outside the entire time. 7-8 a.m. at Wilton
Jaffee Park in Woody Creek. Free and open to the public; space is

Orientation training for new volunteers offered by English In Action.
Volunteer tutors work one-on-one with adults interested in improving
their English language skills.  Volunteers need no previous
teaching or foreign language experience, just the desire to make an

Write Now! presented by the Aspen Writers' Foundation offers writers
the chance to develop new techniques to jump-start their writing with
fun, noncritiqued sessions led by Jordan Dann. Participants are asked
to bring pen and paper for group exercises that are the centerpiece of
the program. Attendees may share work they develop in the meeting.
Write Now! meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. (holidays excepted) in

"Married Life" presented by Wheeler Film Society. Postwar period piece
replete with 1940s cars, clothes and suburban organdy. Domestic bliss
is discreetly balanced with a simmering tale of jealousy, betrayal,
