Ski and snowboard recycling offered by SnowSports Industries America and Aspen Sports. Equipment in good condition will be donated to charitable domestic programs. Equipment not suitable for charitable ski programs will be transported to a facility south of Denver where it will be shredded and used in a variety of new products including composite decking, flooring, and furniture. Holiday recycOil event organized by Rocky Mountain Sustainable Enterprises. Recycle waste fryer oil after Thanksgiving. This event will divert hundreds of gallons of used cooking oil from landfills and municipal sewer systems throughout the region. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Pitkin County Landfill. 923-3487.

ARAC@AAM: Anderson Ranch at the Aspen Art Museum. Aspen Art Museum and Anderson Ranch Arts Center will present an exhibition at the museum that highlights the artistic accomplishments of Anderson Ranch, its history of art-making, and it’s importance to the local community. Show comprises 47 peices by 27 artists received from an open call to all former artists-in-residence, workshop faculty, visiting artists and critics, and Anderson Ranch staff.
