What's your take on the city's proposed parking plan?

License plate recognition technology? A congestion pricing program? No two-hour shuffle? Aspen is becoming a police state.

The plan is an effective way to reduce traffic congestion at the entrance to Aspen and encourage mass transit use.

Tougher parking restrictions are needed but these are far too draconian.

Not my problem. I usually take the bus, walk or ride my bike into town.
