Vision Fair hosted by Glenwood Springs Lions Club. There is no
charge to attend. Participants will be checked for blood pressure, eye
pressure, eye health and receive a vision evaluation. There will be
qualified doctors on site. All ages are welcome to participate.

Monthly meeting of the Needles and I Quilt Guild. Meet at Taipei
Tokyo in Carbondale at 5:45 p.m. for dinner and get-together with the
meeting to follow at the Senior Center Community Room in Carbondale at
7 pm.
A new Aikido class is starting on Monday, May 5. Classes meet on
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:50-8:15 p.m. at Colorado Mountain College's
Aspen campus. This class is open to ages 13 and older. All experience
levels welcome. Visitors welcome to observe a class before you sign up!

CCAH and Mountain Fair Scholarship applications for graduating high
school seniors are now available at CCAH or at local high schools.
Scholarships are restricted to students pursuing studies in the arts
and/or humanities and who have achieved a grade point average of 2.5 or
better. Applicants must live in the Carbondale area with an 81623 zip
code or be a member of CCAH for at least one year prior to making an
application. Deadline is May 12. Applications may be mailed to CCAH,
