Sports: Trail running, cycling, telemark skiing and nordic skiing.

Day job/profession: Vice president of finance at Dancing Bear Residences.

Athletic achievements: Top 10 finishes in several ultra-distance
trail runs including Wasatch 100 and Lake City 50.  Former
cross-country mountain bike racer with several podium finishes in the
expert women’s category. 

Athletic aspirations? I love what I am doing and hope to keep at it!

Favorite pre-game/pre-competition meal?  Pizza and a Guinness pint.

If you could go to dinner with one athlete — living or dead — who would it be and why?  It would have to be the Buddha. Apparently he was a great wrestler.

Favorite workout music? Just play it loud.
Ankle or tube socks? Smartwool woolies.

Who or what inspires you? I spend a lot of time running in the morning, just before dawn — that’s my favorite time of day.

Superstitions? My long-sleeved blue shirt comes to every race.

Vegetarian or carnivore? Flexitarian.
