"A Land out of Time" presented by Wilderness Workshop. Free
screening of documentary about gas drilling in the West with filmmaker
Mark Harvey in attendance. 7 p.m.  at Glenwood Springs Community

"Beaufort" presented by Wheeler Film Society. It is the year
2000, Israeli forces are preparing to withdraw from Lebanon after 18
years of occupation, and in the final days, a handful of Israeli
soldiers await evacuation from the southern Lebanese crusader fort
called Beaufort. Terrified young soldiers must find a way to carry out
their mission and guard the symbolic mountaintop, known in Arabic as
Shqif Arnun. Cost: $9. 7:30 p.m. at the Wheeler Opera House in Aspen.

Drawing/painting workshops
presented by Carolyn Manosevitz Studio
on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, May 13-Aug. 27. Weather permitting, we will
work outdoors at various locations in the Roaring Fork Valley. Beginner
to advanced students are welcomed. Limited class size. For more

Weekly Writers Group presented by the Aspen Writers' Foundation.
Writers of all levels and genres are invited to participate in a free

Lunchtime dance class taught by global dance/theatre performer

Weekly dharma and meditation class hosted by The Roaring Fork
