An event that started in the '80s as a way to
promote artisans and artists on the east coast of Florida is now a
full-fledged travelling exhibit of some of the nation's most respected
craftsmakers. The Aspen Arts Festival returns this weekend, Saturday,
July 19 and Sunday, July 20, bringing with it upcoming artists - and
those who already have a solid reputation -with more than $15 million
worth of art and more than 150 pieces. The tents fill Wagner Park from
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, and it's free to stroll through. For more
