The Snowmass Club was named one of the top-50 tennis resorts in the United States by Tennis magazine.
In the March 2012 issue, the magazine also said that The Snowmass Club is the second-highest ranked tennis resort in the northwest region.
The magazine noted the high level of instruction and training at the club, as well as the beautiful surroundings.
The instructors at the club are led by former U.S. Olympic tennis coach Gayle Godwin.
The Snowmass Club features 13 courts, including 11 outdoor courts with two Har-Tru clay courts outside, and two Har-Tru indoor courts.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce last week named Ski Butlers, based out of Park City, Utah, with an outpost in Aspen, as one of seven finalists for the 2012 Dream Big Small Business of the Year Award, sponsored by Sam’s Club.
Ski Butlers will be honored during America’s Small Business Summit, May 21–23, in Washington, D.C., where a national winner will be announced and will receive a $10,000 cash prize, courtesy of the U.S. Chamber.
Ski Butlers is a ski rental delivery service operating in resorts throughout the West.
Ryan Walterscheid, a LEED accredited professional, has re-joined the architecture team at Charles Cunniffe Architects (CCA).
After starting his career in Austin, Texas, Walterscheid worked for CCA from 2005-2007.
After working recently for Poss Architecture + Planning, Walterscheid returns to CCA in the role of project architect.
This is the fourth architectural professional who has returned to Charles Cunniffe Architects after working for other firms, according to a press release.
