The following activity was recorded with the Aspen Police Department between April 26 and May 3. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

• April 26 — At 8:37 a.m., Aspen police responded to a report of a trespassing at the North of Nell building. Rani Grewal, 49, of the Aspen area was arrested and issued a municipal court summons for trespassing prohibited.

• April 18 — Aspen police responded to a report of illegal dumping at the Rio Grande Recycling Center. After investigation, Brooke Silke, 27, of Aspen was arrested on April 28 and issued on municipal court summons for theft of services and littering. 

• April 29 — At 10:09 p.m. Aspen police stopped Colten Young, 26, of Grand Junction for a traffic violation. Young was placed under arrest and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with DUI, possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a lane use violation.

• May 2 — At 9 p.m., Aspen police escorted Ashley Berggren, 23, of Aspen to the Pitkin County Jail, where she was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
