The following activity was recorded with the Aspen Police Department between June 28 and July 5. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
• June 28 — At 2:07 p.m., Aspen police arrested Margaret Pullen, 61, of the Aspen area on two outstanding warrants from outside agencies. Pullen was transported to Pitkin County Jail.
• June 28 — At 2:21 p.m., Aspen police arrested Michael Engfors, 57, of the Aspen area on an outstanding failure to comply warrant. Engfors was transported to Pitkin County Jail without incident.
• June 28 — At 8:28 p.m., Aspen police arrested Michael Phillips, 27, of Aspen for a disturbance that occurred at Eric’s on June 14. Phillips was transported to Pitkin County Jail and charged with 3rd degree assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
• June 29 — At 12:52 p.m., Aspen police contacted Landin Smith, 47, of the Aspen area. Smith was arrested and transported Pitkin County Jail. He was charged with violation of a protection order and parole violation.
• June 29 — At 10:19 p.m., Aspen police stopped Reza Tehrani, 45, of Aspen for a traffic violation. Tehrani was placed under arrest and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with DUI, DUI per se, and careless driving.
• June 29 — At 10:30 p.m. Aspen police responded to a possible domestic disturbance. Janet Hoover, 45, of Aspen was arrested, transported to Pitkin County Jail, and charged with 3rd degree assault and domestic violence.
• June 30 — At 4:52 a.m., Aspen police stopped Joseph Yon, 22, of Basalt for a traffic violation. Yon was placed under arrest and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with DUI and headlamps required.
• July 3 — At 11:35 p.m., Aspen police officers contacted Matthew Gering, 22, of the Aspen area regarding suspicious activity. Gering was arrested and issued a municipal court summons for sleeping in unauthorized places prohibited.
• July 5 — At 2:45 a.m., Aspen police contacted Nancy McGraw, 20, of Fort Worth, Texas, regarding suspicious behavior. McGraw was placed under arrest, transported to Pitkin County Jail, and charged with underage consumption of alcohol and fake ID.
• July 5 — At 3:25 a.m., Aspen police responded to a report of a disturbance at the residential core. Christopher Deboer, 21, of Aspen was arrested, transported to Pitkin County Jail, and charged with criminal mischief ($500-$1,000).
