Now that the Aspen and Carbondale grocery store plastic bag bans have been in effect for a few months, what do you think?
Adapting has been easy and I barely notice a difference.
I like the spirit of the law, but I keep forgetting to bring my own bag to the store.
The whole effort is misguided and a major hassle.
I'm so frustrated I purposely avoid Aspen and Carbondale grocers.
