On behalf of the Aspen Historical Society, I’d like to thank the community for continuing to make our Holiday Cookie Exchange and Book Signing a wonderful, festive event. This year, the Aspen Community Church graciously provided the venue. Our current exhibit, “Seasons of the Nuche: Transitions of the Ute People,” is built around many valuable on-loan artifacts, so we were unable to host the event at our Wheeler/Stallard Museum.

The “cookie jar” overflowed, so a heartfelt thanks to everyone who brought something delicious to share; and the 25 smiling authors signed and sold a wonderful assortment of books to enjoy.
