Residents of Ute building required to use back door?
Dare I say it? Haves and have nots? One has to ask what the newest owners’ issue is with tenants in the building and why they must have privacy to enter and exit the building. If they wanted a private building they should have purchased a single-family residence. The rental units were there when they purchased their property. Did they think they could pretend the tenants did not exist by banishing them to the servants’ entrance by the trash? I sincerely hope that some legal real estate precedent is not being set by some loophole that may have permitted someone to physically separate free-market real estate from employee housing legitimately. And all this time I was under the impression that employee housing was wanted in this community. Apparently it is only wanted when it cannot be seen or is part of the free market address.
