After seeing the story about the car that ran through the window of the post office, it became obvious to me we should immediately ban all semi-auto transmissions in cars. Someone could have been killed, and common sense dictates only cars with manual transmissions, where you have to select each gear one at a time, much like a bolt action hunting rifle, should be legal.

Our city council, who are always ready with a knee-jerk reaction, should lead the way by confiscating all cars and trucks with automatic and semi-auto transmissions.
