&lt;p&gt;Sergio Edwin Garcia Carranza, 41, and Victor Daniel Vazquez Cortes, 30, also face a charge of possession of forged instruments and are jailed under immigration holds, according to a Eagle County Sheriff’s Office press release.&lt;/p&gt;
