Trespassing and DUI

The following activity was recorded with the Aspen Police Department between July 11 and July 18. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

• July 13 — At 1:43 a.m., Aspen police responded to a report of a disturbance outside The Regal. Alexander Delaney, 22, of Snowmass, was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was issued a municipal court summons for disorderly conduct, prohibited.

• July 13 — At 6:50 p.m., Aspen police arrested Jose Rivas-Reyes, 36, of Aspen, and transported him to Pitkin County Jail where he was held on three failure to appear warrants — two from outside agencies and one from Pitkin County.

• July 14 — At 2:23 a.m., Aspen police contacted Jeffie Bruce, 47, of the Aspen area, after witnessing suspicious behavior in the downtown core.  Bruce was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with violation of a protection order (no alcohol).

• July 16 — At 4:33 p.m., Aspen police arrested Dennis Yarbrough, 40, of Aspen, after the investigation of a possible harassment reported on June 28. Yarbrough was escorted to Pitkin County Jail and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.

• July 17 — At 12:57 a.m., Aspen police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residential area. Hsan Wai, 44, of the Aspen area, was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail.  He was issued a municipal court summons for disorderly conduct prohibited. 

• July 17 — At 1:40 a.m., Aspen police stopped Harold Richey III, 30, of Aspen, after witnessing a traffic violation. Richey was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail.  He was charged with DUI and light violation.

• July 17 — At 1:15 p.m.,, Aspen police stopped Robert Chambers, 57, of Aspen, after witnessing inappropriate behavior. Chambers was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail. He was charged with driving after revocation.

• July 18 — At 12:01 a.m., Aspen police responded to a report of a trespassing at The Regal.  After a brief foot chase, Katelyn Davis, 19, of Pennsylvania, was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail. Davis was charged with underage possession of alcohol and trespassing.

• July 18 — At 2:00 a.m., Aspen police contacted Jason Jimenez, 45, of Glenwood Springs, after witnessing inappropriate behavior in the core area. Jimenez was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with two counts of violation of a protection order.
