Editor:
I hope that Pioneer Park is off the City Council’s drawing board for a dog park.
Let me repeat that the reason for purchase of the land and transforming it into a place for people, with or without dogs of any size, is and was to make it available to the general public, living in or visiting Aspen, no matter the age, color, creed or state of finances.
Pioneer Park is a public park, not subject to the whims of any mayor or city council. Can I be more clear?
