Anyone else have a plan B?

Given the headline, “City of Aspen to look at options in light of ‘no’ vote
on hydro plant,” (Aspen Daily News, Nov. 13) it’s obvious City Council is not going to let go of this regardless of how we vote, so I’ve got an idea. What if we put little propellers on every shower head in town equipped with a tiny generator that sends electricity back to the grid? What if we also put something on every toilet so each flush also sends power back into the grid? There you go — hydropower in Aspen!
