Reward for bike’s return

Editor:

On Wednesday afternoon sometime between 4-10 p.m. my bicycle was stolen from outside the Aspen Daily News building at 517 E. Hopkins. I rely on my bike daily to get to and from work and around town. It’s worth nothing monetarily, but worth the world to me personally.

I presume that someone just needed to “borrow” it to get home quickly; in any case I’m offering a $50 reward, no questions asked, if it’s returned to the Daily News. Or call me to arrange a pickup at 379-5917.

It’s a charcoal black North Star mountain bike with bar ends, Aspen and Alta stickers, studded tires and a squeaky chain. The reward is for anyone who finds it. Thank you.
