ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — Qurate Retail Group, Inc. (QRTEA) on Monday reported a third-quarter loss of $770 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Englewood, Colorado-based company said it had a loss of $1.85. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs and non-recurring costs, were 42 cents per share.

The online commerce holding company posted revenue of $3.09 billion in the period.

Qurate Retail shares have declined 52% since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 62% in the last 12 months.
