The Nation's Weather for Sunday, November 10, 2019

—————

NATIONAL SUMMARY

A strong area of high pressure will begin to push into the

northern Plains tomorrow. It will bring areas of widespread

snowfall from Montana through the Dakotas and into the

northern Great Lakes. This snowfall will be the heaviest in

the higher terrain of Montana, down through parts of

Wyoming. Behind this snowfall will come bitter cold, which

could break some November low-temperature records. Another

area of low pressure in southeastern Canada will bring some

snow showers across the far interior reaches of New England.

Elsewhere, high pressure in the Southeast will help keep

much of the southern and central Plains through the

Southeast dry. Dry weather will continue across the West

Coast and Desert Southwest.
