A chef's delight

Michelin-starred chef Alberto Annarumma of La Casa del Nonno 13, on the Amalfi Coast in Italy, splashes a sweet sauce over delicately fried, pre-dessert ravioli at the Cooking School of Aspen on Wednesday afternoon. The Cooking School of Aspen and Cottage Aspen are hosting two nights of dinners with Annarumma this week.
